Do you love that Peanut Satay taste, but hate how it doesn't really stay on the chicken? Here is a quick idea. It's really good and really reasonable in terms of what it costs you calorically.
2 Tsp. Sesame Oil
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
1 Tblsp. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Ginger
Jluice of 1 lime
2 Heads of Broccoli
1 Onion
1/2 lb. of Snap Peas
1 Poblano Pepper
2 lbs. Ground Turkey
1. Blend together the sauce ingredients which are the Peanut Butter, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Lime Juice & Ginger
2. Scramble up ground Turkey until browned and remove from pan and pour sauce over Turkey.
3. Saute up the Veggies in the Sesame Oil until tender then toss all together.
