INGREDIENTS
6 oz Plain Greek Yogurt (Individual Serving)
1.5 - 2 Cups of Frozen Strawberries
.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup High Protein Milk (FairLife)
This is so easy. Thow everything in your bullet/blenter and add the liquid last. You only want to add just barely enough to get the blend happening. This is very important, otherwise you will end up with a smoothie.
