When I was in Brasil with my husband I was introduced to a few traditional foods that were right up my alley. This was one of them. It can be made in many different ways, but here is the simple base. Feel free to add some greens like spinach or even mint. or spices like cinnimon or cayenne. Get crazy, make it your own. Let me know what combos you like.

1 tbsp of Honey or Monk sweetener to taste
