Day 19 of Merry Motivation

Start thinking about the rest of your life now.  Not just your new year.  Why wait ?  There is a lot of hype with new years resolutions, but I aks the question again.  Why wait?  Keep a piece of paper in your planner or a note in your phone with a running list over the next few days and jot down those nagging things in your life that you have been wanting to change.  It might not be an ongoing resolution, it might be a one time nix.  Take some quiet time and one by one work on your running list throughoutout the year starting as soon as you can.  Start with the list and next one by one strategize and take action.   ONe by one your little list will start shaping your lift they way you most desire.
