Hi there, If we haven't connected already, I'm so glad to learn more about you. If we are already acquainted please do also complete the following process forms. This will allow for formal registration. I have set up just a few formalities that keep misunderstandings to a minimum and customer/client satisfaction to a maximum and an option to set up a phone call to chat. If we have completed this step of our introductory call go ahead and sign up for a bonus 15 minute follow up. If you prefer to skip this step and stick to our regular scheduled times simply notate so in the form and I will decline on my end, but importantly you will still need to fill out the registration forms and liability waiver in order to proceed. Cancellation Policy

For emergency reschedules with less than 8 hours notice please contact Christine De Souza directly. Late cancels and chronic late rescheduling will result in loss of session without refund.
