On our blog page we regularly post fitness challenges that are easy to work into your schedule. This typically will include a short intense workout that can be done 2 to 3 days during the week. Sometimes there will be additional challenges and contests traditional and non. I've managed a fitness center for the past 5 years and have been training clients for over 15 years...I know the deal.
