Bone Broth Soup is all the rage these days. Why? Well, just because it has soooo many health benefits from improving skins appearance, soothing aches in your joint, weight loss and to aiding in healing your gut. Mix that with natural antiviral and antioxidants you have got yourself your go to for the winter!
3-4 lbs. Beef bones or bone broth
2 Tblsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Head of Garlic
3-4 Inches of Ginger
3-4 Inches of Tumeric
1-2 Inches of Horseradish
2-3 Very Large Vadilia Onions sliced in Rings 4 Cups or more
4 Tblsp. of Sherry
1/4 Cup Coffee
2 Tablespoons of Ghee
2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
Here is how it's done.
Slow cook a crockpot full of beef or chicken bones, water and 2 tblsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar for 18-72 hours
Buy some pre made at your local grocer
1. Chop, mash or grate Garlic, Ginger, Tumeric & Horseradish.
2. Using 1 Tblsp. of butter saute the onions along with your fresh grated spices until onions are softened and aromatic.
3. Add in the Coffee, Sherry, Butter, Coconut Oil & bone broth
4. Simmer & Enjoy
