Sometimes I just want to feel like I'm on vacation in a sunny waterside destination. This helps me get there, to my happy place even inside for walls during the winter. Try this for a mini vacation and a healthy sweet treat.
It goes something like this.
1. Add your pineapple, avocado & Cilantro to your blender cup/pitcher
2. Add just enough water or coconut milk to get it blending. About 2-3 Tablespoons. Be careful not to add too much.
3. Pour and eat with a spoon or slurp with a straw if you added too much liquid.
1.5 Cups Frozen Pinapple
2 sprigs of fresh cilantro
2 sprigs of Mint
Splash of water to blend
Squeeze of lime
