Quick Superfood Haystacks

These superfood haystacks are the perfect way to say I love you without sabotaging your loved ones healthy lifestyle.   Everyone enjoys a treat once in a while, but as you know when the holidays come around once and a while can quickly become every day!  Here is a treat you can feel great about giving and eating!

 

 

 

Gluten Free Dairy Free Superfood Haystacks!

 

2 Bags Enjoy Life Dairy Free Chocolate

1 1/2 Cup Gogi Berries

1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

1 Full bag Bobs Red Mill Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1 Cup Whole Roasted Salted Almonds

 

1.  Melt the chocolate little by little in the microwave in 15 second incriments or on double boiler.  You can stop warming the chocolate once you see the chips almost completely melted.  The rest will melt by stirring alone.  If you heat too much it can burn and seize.  

 

2.  A little at a time stir in the suggested mix in's or mix in's of choice.  Get creative!  Do this right away before the chocolate begins to cool.  

 

3.  Scoop out little piles onto a cookie sheet.  Optional bend up some gogi berries to sprinkle on top.   Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.

 

4.  Plate and serve!  All done!
