Day 23 of Merry Motivation

Here is a fun game for you to play with the family that will get your heart pumping and your whole body ready to experience the day.  Give the game a festive twist by dropping the cards into a stocking or a basket for choosing.  Be sure to share your most outrageous combination with us! I did this with my awesome 6 am warriors today and rocked it....inbetween our deep breaths and grunts.  It was a great workout focussed on core, cardio & back. 

 

Directions

 

  1. Separate cards individually and then into two piles.  One pile for exercises and another pile for quantity of time or reps

  2. Special Cards can be shuffled into any pile

  3. Participants take turns choosing one card from each pile. Two cards should complete the instruction.

  4. Complete the exercise chosen for the amount of reps and time chosen.

If you choose a special card, follow instructions and also draw again to complete the instruction.
