Today is a good day to skip your daily Starbucks. Try adding vanilla, cinnamon & nutmeg to your protein shake rather than hitting Starbucks for that Pumpkin Something.  If you want to get crazy go ahead and add a scoop of pumpkin puree or apple to your vanilla protein shake and enjoy!  If you really want it to stay truer to Latte core try adding chai to your coffee with your regular fixin's.
