Cure your craving and curb your appetite with this wintery froth.  Take all the ingredients and put it into your bullet or blender and zip zap to your creamy delight.  The avacado adds an extra level of creaminess.  The Terra's Whey is the most natural protein I have found that is not offensive and actually quite versatile and delicous even plain.  If you are vegan try biochems chocolate rice protein, per Joy Designer Tanya Matroulo's rec. 

 

This wintery smoothie will suit you up with 215 calories - 9 grams of good fats - 24 grams of protein

 

 

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 tbsp(s) Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened -

1/8 avacado

2 ice cubes

3 cup Ice Cubes

1 cup almond coconut milk

1 cup Almond Coconut Milk Blend Blue Diamond

1/8 tsp espresso

1/4 tsp Instant espresso 

1 scoop terras plain protein powder

1 tsp(s) Sugars, brown 

Mint leafs to taste or a few drops of peppermint extract
