Smile! It's the holiday season. It's that time of year we so easily get caught up in the hustle and bustle of tradition. I dare you this year to slow down. Set aside any feelings that might stop you from this powerful exercise whether grumpy, embarrassed or tired. Set a timer for 1 minute and hold that smile.
